If you have not guessed by now, I am an advocate of daily personal development, far be it from me to tell a grown man or woman what they should do. Sometimes you have to say no to others so you can say: Yes to yourself. Most people don’t realize how important it is to be kind to one’s self. They think it a silly, immature notion, not realizing being kind to yourself is one of the best things you can do for yourself and your life.
